As we move into a very busy time in our church life–with the Youth Day/Flag Day event on June 14th, our Ice Cream Social on July 17, and the annual picnic in August–we must not forget that the reason we are here is to lift up the Name of Jesus. Fun is fine; but the purpose of all our activities is to bring folks into the Kingdom of our Lord. Please keep all our events in prayer, praying that they will be used with that one purpose in mind.
